Villa Elide is an elegant and welcoming villa located in Sant’Agata sui due Golfi a pretty village at approximately 5 miles from Sorrento and close to all amenities. Sant’Agata sui due Golfi is a top hill village overlooking the Sorrento coast on one side and the Amalfi coast on the other one and where in the hot summer you can enjoy an extremely enjoyable evening breeze. Located in a strategic position in order to easily reach the nearby resorts of Sorrento, Pompei, Capri, Positano and Amalfi this picturesque small village offers a large selection of restaurants, pubs, bars and pizzerias; furthermore, in Sant’Agata you find grocery shops, supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers as well as a bank and the post office.Villa Elide disposes of plenty of outdoor space both on the front and the back of the house; both terraces are paved and equipped with chairs, tables, and a wooden gazebo extremely useful to enjoy outdoor dinners or a barbecue; a small swimming pool is there together with a couple of sun loungers and an umbrella.The Villa on its interiors its furnished with rare pieces of arts and antiques collected by the owner all around the world; he was an architect and paid an extremely particular attention to all details.Villa Elide has a main body which develops all in one floor; by the entrance there is a spacious living area with a round wooden dining table with chairs, sofas, satellite television, a stereo and a piano. The Villa furthermore is composed of a full equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Among the kitchen drawers you will find everything you need to try to cook a dish of our culinary tradition. There are three bedrooms; two bedrooms have double beds, television, a wardrobe and a small balcony while the third one has a single bed and a window. The bathrooms are two: one with shower and the other one with bathtub.The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning apart from the single room where you find a fan anyway. In the garden there is a newly refurbished depandance composed of an entrance in a living/dining room with a kitchenette a double sofabed and a table with chairs. There is a double bedroom and a full bathroom. The depandance also has air conditioning..A car is recommended if you wish to travel along the coast and you can park it at the villa, there is indeed a private parking spot for two cars.If, instead, you are not keen on driving abroad you can trust our local drivers who will take you and your family wherever you wish to go! You can book a private car for an amazing day along the Amalfi Coast or maybe to enjoy a tour at the incredible archeological areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum.Within a short driving distance, you can reach the nearest beaches at Marina Del Cantone from where we fairly recommend to book a private boat tour to the Isle of Capri or to the Amalfi Coast to make memorable your vacation. Villa Lisa in an elegant and luxurious recently renovated villa located in the small hamlet of Marina Della Lobra, a little fishing village in the municipality of Massa Lubrense.Villa Lisa is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a group of friends.The Villa is located just few steps from the town center where you can find an excellent restaurant and not far from the restaurant there is a grocery store that sells a little bit of everything.Massa Lubrense instead is the largest and closest centers to Marina della Lobra where you can find supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, pubs, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks and post offices and everything you will need during your stay.Villa Lisa with its breathtaking view spreads on three levels, the entrance level it is reachable from the parking and includes a very bright and spacious living area equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas and from here and thanks to its large glass doors you have direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped with a large outside table with chairs and relaxing sofas from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire Gulf of Naples while sitting comfortably. On this floor there is a double bedroom with sea view (it is possible to add an extra bed) and a large ensuite bathroom with shower.The other bedrooms are located on the second floor, reachable by using the internal elevator or taking the steps, here there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub with shower and hairdryer, the other two double bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, one has a walk-in shower while the other one has a shower and hydro-massage bath.All the bedrooms are equipped with Tv, large wardrobe, safe and an amazing sea view; each room have direct access to the common terrace equipped with comfortable wicker armchairs. An extra single bed is possible to be added in one of the bedrooms.On the lower level there is a very large lounge room furnished with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, Tv Sat, on this floor there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern comforts such a six-hob gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge as well dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware, an ice maker machine, and all the appliance that you will may need during your stay. A guest bathroom is available on this floor.From the kitchen you can reach the panoramic terrace with Vietri style ceramic table with chairs, a barbeque and a pizza oven; this terrace is absolutely the ideal place to enjoy an “al fresco meal”.The outdoor spaces allow you to organize several evening events such as ‘’Dinner with chef’’, pizza party, barbecues or simply happy hours aperitif.The swimming pool of 6x3 m. is for the exclusive use of customers only and can be heated upon request (with an extra charge); the pool features a hydro massage corner and a cascade shower, perfect for a neck massage, and the solarium area is furnished with sunbeds, here you can admire the breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Naples, the isles of Capri and Ischia while sip an aperitif.
