Villa Karim is a unique property in a spectacular location with swimming pool, in fact from here Villa Karim is located in Marina della Lobra, a small and relaxing fishing village, where all the houses overlook the marina, From here every day you can embark on the typical Gozzi to discover the famous Island of Capri and the wonderful Amalfi Coast. In Marina della Lobra there is a grocery store, a bar and a couple of great restaurants, a few kilometers from Marina della Lobra there is Massa Lubrense, here you can find everything you might need during your stay, such as supermarkets, bars , shops, bank and post office. Villa Karim is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a large group of friends. In fact, the Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, has wi-fi, air conditioning, heating and private parking for two cars. From the parking, to reach the Villa, you have to walk a steep road of about 300 meters and on request you can book a porter service. Villa Karim is on two levels: On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room equipped with a comfortable single sofa bed, comfortable armchairs and sofas, fireplace, TV and dining table with chairs, the living room has large windows overlooking the entire gulf of Naples. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and has four gas rings, refrigerator with freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and all the other appliances you may need during your stay to prepare delicious Italian dishes that you can enjoy on the very panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the same floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, with sink, toilet and bidet. Through an internal staircase of 14 steps, you reach the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms and a double room, all rooms have direct access to a very panoramic terrace and are all equipped with air conditioning. In the hallway there is an extra single sofa bed. Also on the first floor there are two bathrooms, both with sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. Villa Karim has a private swimming pool and a well-equipped solarium area with sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable outdoor sofas where you can relax drinking an aperitif or watching a breathtaking sunset. The Villa is located very close to the rocky beach that can be reached from the Villa through a private path. Sorrento is only 15 minutes by car with its choice of restaurants and wine bars; the main streets full of elegant boutiques lead to the historic center without doubt the most picturesque district of the city. We recommend a car if you want to travel along the coast and you can park at the villa; there is indeed a private parking for up to two cars. If you don’t want to drive abroad, you can rely on our local drivers to take you and your family wherever you want! You can book a private car for a fantastic day along the Amalfi Coast or maybe to enjoy a tour in the amazing archaeological areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum. With a short walk you can reach the beaches closest to Marina della Lobra from where we strongly recommend you book a private boat tour to the island of Capri or the Amalfi Coast to make your holiday unforgettable. Villa Lisa in an elegant and luxurious recently renovated villa located in the small hamlet of Marina Della Lobra, a little fishing village in the municipality of Massa Lubrense.Villa Lisa is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday with family or for those traveling with a group of friends.The Villa is located just few steps from the town center where you can find an excellent restaurant and not far from the restaurant there is a grocery store that sells a little bit of everything.Massa Lubrense instead is the largest and closest centers to Marina della Lobra where you can find supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers, pubs, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks and post offices and everything you will need during your stay.Villa Lisa with its breathtaking view spreads on three levels, the entrance level it is reachable from the parking and includes a very bright and spacious living area equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas and from here and thanks to its large glass doors you have direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped with a large outside table with chairs and relaxing sofas from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire Gulf of Naples while sitting comfortably. On this floor there is a double bedroom with sea view (it is possible to add an extra bed) and a large ensuite bathroom with shower.The other bedrooms are located on the second floor, reachable by using the internal elevator or taking the steps, here there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub with shower and hairdryer, the other two double bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, one has a walk-in shower while the other one has a shower and hydro-massage bath.All the bedrooms are equipped with Tv, large wardrobe, safe and an amazing sea view; each room have direct access to the common terrace equipped with comfortable wicker armchairs. An extra single bed is possible to be added in one of the bedrooms.On the lower level there is a very large lounge room furnished with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, Tv Sat, on this floor there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern comforts such a six-hob gas stove, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge as well dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware, an ice maker machine, and all the appliance that you will may need during your stay. A guest bathroom is available on this floor.From the kitchen you can reach the panoramic terrace with Vietri style ceramic table with chairs, a barbeque and a pizza oven; this terrace is absolutely the ideal place to enjoy an “al fresco meal”.The outdoor spaces allow you to organize several evening events such as ‘’Dinner with chef’’, pizza party, barbecues or simply happy hours aperitif.The swimming pool of 6x3 m. is for the exclusive use of customers only and can be heated upon request (with an extra charge); the pool features a hydro massage corner and a cascade shower, perfect for a neck massage, and the solarium area is furnished with sunbeds, here you can admire the breathtaking view of the entire Gulf of Naples, the isles of Capri and Ischia while sip an aperitif.
