Description
Villa Simba is a lovely country-style house with a private swimming pool and amazing sea view. It is the ideal accommodation to spend a relaxing holiday for a family or for a large group of friends; located in a strategic position in order to easily reach the nearby resorts of Sorrento, Pompei, Capri, Positano and Amalfi this picturesque small village offers all the amenities you will may need during your stay such as restaurants, bars and a pizzeria; furthermore, in Monticchio you find a grocery shops, a supermarket, butcher, fishmonger as well as a post office.
Villa Simba develops all in one floor; by the entrance there is a spacious living area with a wooden dining table with chairs, a double sofa bed ( where 2 more guest can sleep with an extra daily cost of €50), and a satellite television. The Villa furthermore is composed of a full equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and washing machine. Among the kitchen drawers you will find everything you need to try to cook a dish of our culinary tradition. There are three bedrooms: two bedrooms have double beds, television, a wardrobe while the third one has two single beds. The bathrooms are two: one with shower box and the other one with walk-in shower.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
A paved outside area going around the house features a wonderful stone gazebo with round table under it, a spacious external kitchen with stone pizza oven and barbecue, the area also features a gas stove and washing machine. From the gazebo area there some steps give the access to the pool area with above ground rounding pool. the garden and gazebo area have wonderful sea view.

Due to its position we recommend our guests to book small/medium size car during their stay that can be parked at the property. Shouldn’t you feel confident to drive in Italy you can always book private drivers for local excursions such as the Amalfi drive and perhaps a wine tasting in one our local venues.
Within a short driving distance, you can reach the nearest beaches at Marina Del Cantone from where we fairly recommend to book a private boat tour to the Isle of Capri or to the Amalfi Coast to make memorable your vacation. Please for more information do not hesitate to ask; a member of our staff will meet you on arrival and check you in the villa to make sure that everything is in order.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- A cash refundable deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damages

- Final cleaning: € 200
- City tax: €3 per person per day
- Late check-in fee: after 21:00 € 50
- Baby cot: €50.00 per stay

With four spacious bedrooms, two with private bathrooms and all with access to balconies and terraces, you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean view. Parking is available for one car, with additional space along the street, while access to the villa is via a few steps. The terraces and balconies offer comfortable seating areas to relax, with a main terrace shaded by olive trees and enriched with a gazebo for outdoor gatherings. Various areas of the property invite you to enjoy the sun and the surrounding beauty. Guests have exclusive access to a shared seawater pool, just 300 meters from the villa, accessible via 185 steps.
