Here, ancient tiles adorned with sacred frescoes harmoniously blend with terracotta vases and comfortable sofas. The terrace, accessible through three entrances leading to the kitchen, dining room, and lounge, offers an unparalleled outdoor living experience.

The kitchen, a blend of tradition and modernity, boasts elements such as vintage tiles and precious marbles, along with a bread and pizza oven and a well-stocked pantry.

The dining area and lounge, comprising two elegant rooms, are embellished with an antique wooden table, sumptuous chairs, and a rich library of ancient works and paintings.

On the lower floor, a luxurious indoor heated pool with a massage fountain promises total relaxation. A sauna, a Turkish bath, and a range of wellness services, including showers and massage beds, complete the luxurious offering. From here, access is also available to a terrace with a solarium and an outdoor Jacuzzi, for moments of pure pleasure under the sun.

The first floor hosts two main suites, characterized by decorated ceilings and eighteenth-century elegance. One suite boasts a console with a mirror, antique columns, and a splendid terrace overlooking Positano's beach. The other suite, with a spiritual character, offers a private altar and sacred paintings, along with a terrace overlooking the sea and the main church.

On the second floor, the two junior suites, with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, offer a sober atmosphere enriched with antique pieces. One of the rooms stands out for its magnificent sea view and views of the town of Praiano, while the other overlooks the garden rich in citrus fruits and typical flowers of the Amalfi Coast.

Finally, a finely furnished single room, complete with a private bathroom, offers a refuge of comfort and tranquility.

All rooms are equipped with every comfort to ensure an unforgettable stay, with personalized services typical of a five-star hotel, including the service of a personal chef for eight hours a day, cleaning, and concierge services included in the rental price.

The villa offers a complete service which includes:
A personal chef available for 8 hours a day.
Cleaning service.
Change of linens and towels.
Concierge service.
Porter service.

All these services are included in the rental price. Guests will receive a continental breakfast and will have a butler available to assist with their needs.

Rental Rules:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 90 days prior to the arrival date.
Check in: On Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00 in high season; at 16:00 in low season (also on weekdays).
Check out: By 10:00 am in all seasons.

Damage refundable deposit: € 10.000, to be paid prior the check in, the entire amount will be returned at the end of the stay if no damage to the property occurs.
Guests can give their credit card details as guarantee for the damage refundable deposit.
Food and beverage deposit: € 2.000.
City tax: from 1st April to 31st October € 2,50 per person (from 10 years onwards) per day.
