Villa Mora is a bright and elegant villa overlooking the sun and the sea. It is about 500 meters from Positano center where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. The villa is 500 sq. m. it has 6 bedrooms (all with panoramic views) and can accommodate 12 people. You can reach it from the parking area going down an external stairway that consists of approximately 50 steps. From there you will enjoy a breathtaking view of Positano and of the sea. Villa Mora offer all the modern comforts, it features a private swimming pool, nice private terraces with sea-view, which are very suitable for eating outside, an outdoor whirlpool, a private garden, lift, air conditioning, winter heating, satellite TV and WI-FI Internet access.
In detail this property is composed as follows:
Ground floor: where you will find a spacious living-room equipped with Mediterranean style furnishings and light upholstery, windows that overlook Positano and its gulf; two double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom (with shower) and access to the panoramic terrace and a further bathroom (with shower).
1st floor below: with a spacious dining room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with wood-burning pizza oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all useful appliances, with direct access to the panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining, 1 WC with washbasin, 3 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, two of which have access to the panoramic terrace.
2nd floor below: where you will find 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, the fitness area with Turkish bath, a 6 x 12 m private swimming pool and access to the panoramic garden.
Finally the car is not necessary to stay at Villa Mora, since it is near the center and there is also the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Sorrento line a few meters away, but if you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, in a fenced covered parking space, where can find place 3 cars.

Rental Rules:
A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 90 days prior to the arrival date.

Additional costs to be paid upon arrival:

Tourist Tax: €2.50 (from 18 years old and above)
Minimum stay: 1 week; arrival/departure day: Saturday
A refundable deposit of €1,500 must be paid upon arrival, which will be returned at the time of departure, net of any charges in case of damages.
Pets are not allowed.
Additional costs (if requested)
Available for an extra fee: chef service, preparation of breakfast and dinner (table service upon request).
A deposit of €500 will be required for the catering service.
