Villa Valery is a wonderful property immersed in the enchanting Mediterranean colors of the renowned Amalfi Coast, specifically located in the heart of this famous stretch of coastline. It is the ideal destination for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.

The property is easily accessible directly from the coastal road, approximately 4 kilometers from the main square and beach of Positano. It also has direct access to "Spiaggia di Laurito," a charming beach where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a bar for snacks, coffee, or refreshments. On-site, there is a delightful restaurant, not to mention the convenient water taxi service to reach the main beach of Positano.

Villa Valery features unique architecture and is divided into two levels, surrounded by extensive fragrant gardens and panoramic terraces. The property includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a spacious living room, kitchen, a small sitting area with a fireplace, laundry room, 2 large terraces with a spectacular sea view, and a spacious solarium.

First Level (140 square meters)
The entrance to the house is through a private staircase of about 50 small steps. You enter a spacious living room furnished with armchairs, a television, a DVD player, a dining table, a fireplace, and a large window opening onto a sunny and panoramic terrace. The window generously illuminates the area, allowing you to enjoy the view even while relaxing on the sofas. From here, you can access the kitchen, a small toilet area, and the solarium. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and other small and useful appliances such as a microwave and toaster. The terrace, about 35 square meters, provides access to the large solarium on the upper floor, furnished with sun loungers for unforgettable moments, sunbathing, or simply enjoying a delicious glass of local wine. Both the terrace and the solarium offer an extraordinary view of Positano and the emerald green sea of the Divine Coast. This level is equipped with centralized heating and wireless internet connection (on request; a laptop is required).

Second Level (85 square meters)
The second floor is connected to the first via an internal spiral staircase. You'll be welcomed by a cozy sitting area furnished with sofas and a small fireplace, illuminated by a panoramic window. From here, you can access all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: one bedroom has a double bed (for 2 people) and a small terrace with a sea view; the second bedroom is spacious and has 2 single beds (which can be joined upon request), a sofa, two windows, and the possibility of an additional bed; the last bedroom features a double bed and a window with a sea view. In front of the bedrooms, you will find two bathrooms with showers and another with a bathtub. Next to the bathrooms, there is a laundry room for your convenience. On this floor, there are also two small gardens and the terrace/solarium of about 80 square meters. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue area, two outdoor showers (one hot and one cold), sun loungers, and tables for pleasant outdoor moments. The view is simply breathtaking, and the villa is tastefully furnished, offering all kinds of comforts. This level has wireless internet connection (on request; a laptop is required).

Villa Valery is located halfway between Positano and Praiano; about 200 meters away, you will find a characteristic restaurant, and about 150 meters along the road, there is a ceramics shop with locally produced exquisite gifts, crafts, and specialties. The villa is close to the "Il San Pietro" Hotel, known and famous for its quiet location. We are confident that you will never forget the warm, colorful, and enchanting sunsets that this beautiful area offers, a truly paradisiacal experience! We recommend using a car during your stay at Villa Valery, as you can conveniently park in the villa's private garage. However, the local bus stop is only 10 meters from the villa's entrance gate, in case you wish to use public transportation. Villa Valery is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful places the world has to offer, far away from the crowded city center. The price is reduced for stays longer than one week.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.


EXTRA COSTS to be paid on-site:
Final cleaning €150.
In the case of a stay of more than 1 week, €150 will be due for weekly cleaning + €150 for final cleaning.
Tourist tax: from April 1 to October 31, €2.50 per person (aged 10 and above) per day.
Heating from November to April €20 per day.
Security deposit: €500.
The check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; Supplement for late check-in after 8:00 PM is €25; after 11:00 PM, it's €50.
