However, if you arrive by car, the villa provides parking for two vehicles, with the possibility of additional spaces along public streets.The surrounding garden is furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, offering an ideal place to relax. The pool, accessible from April to October, is accompanied by a convenient barbecue.Villa Marcella not only offers external comfort but also boasts a luxurious wellness area with a treadmill, gym, sauna, and a heated whirlpool. This air-conditioned space is a perfect retreat for relaxation and well-being.The fully equipped kitchen, accessible from the main living area, features high-quality appliances, including a five-burner stove, electric oven, and an American fridge with an ice dispenser. The final balance is due within 90 days prior to the arrival date.Additional Costs:A cash security deposit of €1500.00 is required upon arrival and will be refunded to customers upon departure in the absence of damage to the villa.Tourist tax: € 4.00 per person per day for adults over 10 years old to be paid upon arrival at the villa.
